How the mighty have fallen. This once poetic word is now used daily in situations unbefitting its meaning. No Bob, cadence has nothing to do with your social media calendar.

I’m a New York-based ACD Copy and journalist who's worked on nearly every kind of content known to homosapien. I am comfortable as creative lead and can jump between social, conceptual, campaigns, TV and video, web copy, breaking news, features, op-eds and pretty much everything else. I've worked for global brands on two different continents and have experience leading teams.
Bonus facts: I've also launched and named a news platform in Shanghai, DJed across China and learned that armpit waxing is incredibly painful (there's evidence on this site). I love electronic music and have appeared in both Vice and Mixmag.
